Mindfulness: An 8-week group designed to support you in developing relaxation as a consistent habit. We meditate together and explore various kinds of meditation and relaxation. We will discuss some of the obstacles and barriers to creating and maintaining consistent daily relaxation.

Acceptance, Boundaries, and Confidence (ABC group):
This group involves developing great relaxation and self-care skills – but there is a more! This group will also focus on developing self-acceptance and self-esteem, increased comfort in setting interpersonal boundaries, and developing confidence. We will be working to create more compassion and peace in your mind and confidence to speak up on your own behalf.

As group members, you support each other–you learn more about how to recognize important moments in real time. In those pivotal moments, you meet your needs, which allows you to transform how you handle difficult conversations.
